If you're experiencing a problem with one of our software products, please fill out and submit the following bug report form. You may also want to check out our list of known problems.

If what you want to tell us is really more of a suggestion or a request for enhancement, please use our suggestion form instead.

Bug Report Form

When you submit your bug report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. It will be associated with the account name under which you accessed this web. After an initial assessment by our support department, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an appropriate engineer. Periodically we will post notices regarding bugs reported by our customers in the Known Problems section of this page.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

Known Problems

Series 60

	T9 available in Password view - fixed in v1.1
	Slightly untidy redraw of Message Entry screen when returning from Read Mode - fixed in v1.1
	SMS editor respawn in when accessing information dialogs in Message Processed screen - fixed v1.1
	Occasional User 8 Panic when entering Read Mode - fixed v1.11
	If you press and hold to enter a number in the password screen it can cause a problem with password recognition - fixed in v1.20.
	Screen formatting problem on some Series 60 platform 2 phones (eg Nokia 6600). We have corrected this by adding a platform 2 version of the software to all ZIP file distributions (SIS file has 6600 appended) - note that this version is functionally identical to the standard version of 1.30 and is also compatible with platform 1 phones (eg Nokia 3650). SIS file only distributions (for OTA etc) will be replaced with the new version. Version number remains 1.30.
